First of all, Teeth is a Sci-Fi Horror Comedy film. Sci-Fi, because the main heroine is a very pretty American teenager girl and she's still a... virgin (I thought only on Ebay you can find such). Horror, because the lady has one more problem- a toothed vagina. And surely this film is a comedy. For girls, that is.

The plot isn't over complicated (we need good macro lenses here, not a screenplay, right?). High school student Dawn (the pretty Jess Weixler) just starts discovering secrets of the female body, while still actively participating in... virginity after-classes ('no sex till marriage', ahem). Good thing though, that her prettiness doesn't go unnoticed, so guys start glueing to her. And, you know, all the things go in a natural way until... well, until she starts biting off their penises with her infamous Vagina Dentata. Even a gynecologist looses something. Fingers, for instance :) But the things become even nastier when Dawn starts using this toothed 'advantage' consciously...

So is Teeth worth watching? The film is entertaining (for girls mostly) and seriously horrifying (that's for boys). It has few quite bloody moments and lots of erotic scenes (though nothing really 'hot'). Acting isn't perfect- especially of pain (that could be intentional)- but it's not a B-movie. And some scenes with Jess Weixler are genuinely lovely.

Verdict: watch it, but don't show to your girlfriend. Just in case, you know :)
